Named after the French macaroni, the Winter Coquillette is a reinterpretation of the summer version made of cozy wool flannel. The slightly shallow crown is circled by a band outlined in pick stitch. The scalloped brim, also edged with hand embroidery, can be flipped up in front or back as needed.
