The Coquillette bucket, named after French macaroni, is made of a lightweight canvas that is both comfortable and protective. The slightly shallow crown is circled by a band outlined with pick-stitch. The scalloped brim, also edged by hand-embroidery, can be flipped up front or back as needed. The canvas used for this hat is not a fashion textile and might have some slight imperfections that add to its character.
